What to Include in a Tile Sample and Project Enquiry
Prepare model codes, quantities, destination and project details for a clearer supplier enquiry.

A useful tile enquiry connects the surface you like with the practical details of your project. You can begin with a small selection of models, then refine the specification after reviewing samples.
Identify the collection and model
Send the series name, full SKU, colour, finish and format. If you are comparing several options, list each one. A screenshot can help describe a visual preference, but the model code identifies the product more clearly.
Describe the application and quantity
Tell us whether the tiles are intended for a feature wall, kitchen, bathroom or another application. Include an estimated area or piece count, and explain whether this is a single project or a wholesale range enquiry. Confirm technical suitability using the data for the selected product.
Add destination and timing
Provide the destination country or port, sample delivery requirements and target project date. Ask for the applicable MOQ, packing details, lead time and shipping terms in your quotation rather than assuming these are identical across collections.
Keep a written selection record
After reviewing samples, record the approved SKU and finish with the supplier and installer. The product pages on this site can include a selected model in your WhatsApp enquiry, helping you start the conversation with the right reference.
