From our production line

See the process behind RICH architectural tiles: precision pressing, glazing and quality checks, filmed on our factory floor.
Based in Jinjiang, Fujian, China, RICH supplies ceramic and porcelain tile collections for distributors, designers and hospitality projects. This production video follows four stages of tile manufacturing, from forming the tile body to inspecting the finished surface.
- Precision pressing
Tiles are pressed into their intended shape before moving along the production line.
- First quality check
Misshapen or damaged pieces are removed before glazing.
- Glazing & firing
The glazing and firing stage develops the selected surface colour and finish.
- Final quality check
Finished tiles are checked again for colour and shape, with non-conforming pieces removed.
